Four people have been found shot to death on a property in Liberty, S.C., the Pickens County Sheriff's office said Friday.

The shooting occurred Friday morning, reported NBC affiliate WYFF-TV.
A woman called 911 around 6:30 a.m. and said her son had shot himself, Assistant Pickens County Sheriff Tim Morgan told WYFF. He said it appears a person shot the three other victims before killing himself. All four victims were related, police said, according to Patch.com in Easley, S.C.
The names of the victims had not yet been made public. Calls to the assistant sheriff's office from msnbc.com Friday morning were not returned.
