They are bank owned homes and REO's you are asking about. Contact a local Realtor in the area you are interested in, but don't just look at bank owned homes, look at ALL homes in your price range. Why limit yourself to just ones owned by banks? They are often not as cared for and the banks won't fix anything and they are all competing so they are priced about the same.
