EVERETT ? Mayor Carlo DeMaria, Jr. is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Dionne as the new Director of Human Resources for the City.
Dionne joins the City with over 17 years experience in human resources, business management, and labor relations.? He most recently worked for Cataldo Ambulance, holding the titles of Director of Business Development and VP of Administration.? Dionne has extensive background in employee relations, as he owned his own business, Northshore Ambulance up until 2008, when he sold it to Cataldo.
Dionne is a graduate of Endicott College, where he secured a Bachelor?s degree in Business, as well as his MBA.? In his former position, Dionne oversaw the HR department, focusing in labor relations and benefits management.? His far-reaching experience and business qualifications make him the ideal candidate for HR Director.
Dionne is excited about the opportunities of reworking and expanding the City?s Human Resources Department. His goals include building camaraderie amongst employees and administration, and making sure the department is welcoming and approachable.
Dionne, a native of Salem, currently lives in Groveland with his wife Gretchen and their two children, Reagan, 6, and Chase, 18 months.
